Returns

Not satisfied with your purchase? You have 14 days to return your products. The products must be returned in the original packaging / condition.

Please note that it is not possible to return products that have been specially made or
customized. For example, engraved items. In addition, the gift wrapping will not be refunded.

Request a return label

• Send an email to info@lafraicheur.com with your order number.
• We will send you a return form and a return label by e-mail.
• Fill in the return form and add it to the package
• Stick the return label on the box and drop the package off at the nearest PostNL service point.
• Once we have received the return, it will be processed as soon as possible.

Exchanging

It is not possible to exchange products via the webshop. You can always return an item and place a new order online.

Refund

The full price of the order including any shipping costs for the return shipment will be refunded by us within 14 days after the dissolution, if your return meets our return requirements, as described above. Any paid shipping costs will only be refunded if the entire order is returned. The costs of the return shipment are for your own account.

A product was delivered wrongly or damaged

Please contact our customer service or send an email to info@lafraicheur.com with exactly what is broken/wrong, including a picture. You will receive a response to your claim as soon as possible.
