Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed before 16:00 from Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day and delivered within approximately 1-3 working days, except for customized items.

Shipping costs for a standard delivery are € 6,10 incl. VAT. The packages will be shipped by PostNL to the address provided. Once the order is shipped, a Track & Trace code will be sent by email.

Orders are delivered in original La Fraîcheur packaging.

Please note that weekdays are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. We do our best to deliver within the indicated delivery time of 1-3 working days. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
